Biography:
Buzzi Shindler handles an extensive range of both transactional and
litigation matters at the firm, with a focus on real estate and
business transactions, estate planning, business formation,
governance and operations, and general commercial and construction
litigation. On the transactional side, Mr. Shindler represents a
wide variety of clients, including individuals, and small and large
businesses in diverse business and commercial matters and has
extensive experience in limited liability company and corporate
governance, commercial property acquisitions, retail leasing, asset
sales and purchases, financial dispute resolution, and contract
drafting and negotiation. Mr. Shindler’s litigation cases typically
involve commercial and construction disputes, ranging from
non-payment and breach of contract matters, to mechanics’ lien and
construction defect claims. He also handles an array of
conservatorship and estate planning matters, including drafting of
revocable living trust agreements, wills, durable financial and
healthcare powers of attorney and living wills. |
