Biography:
Glenn
Hotchkiss practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation,
with a focus on breach of contract and business tort claims,
including interference with contractual and prospective business
relationships, fraud, conspiracy, conversion, defamation, business
disparagement, trade secrets, covenants not to compete and
usurpation of corporate opportunity. For example, he has represented
shareholders of closely held corporations in breach of fiduciary
duty claims, joint venturers in disputes over their respective
duties under joint venture agreements and intellectual property
rights holders in connection with claims of trademark and copyright
infringement. Mr. Hotchkiss also handles construction litigation and
land use matters, as well as lender-borrower disputes. Throughout
his career, Mr. Hotchkiss has assumed primary responsibility on a
wide variety of complex litigation matters, including ERISA breach
of fiduciary duty, intellectual property, auditing malpractice, and
insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he was
General Counsel for a direct mail and Internet marketing company
based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Before that, Mr. Hotchkiss was a
partner with Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. |
