Biography: Jamie
Eisenfeld’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions and
related work, including commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, 1031
exchanges, retail leasing, real estate
brokerage and property management agreements, landlord and tenant law,
development and construction law, planning, zoning, land use, condominium
conversions, asset management, real estate finance, employment agreements and
corporate formation and operations. She has handled numerous purchase and sale
transactions of unimproved land, shopping centers, office buildings,
condominiums and hotels and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating
retail leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, as well as development
agreements, joint venture agreements, declarations of covenants, conditions and
restrictions and reciprocal easement agreements. Prior to joining the firm, she
worked as Associate General Counsel for a Scottsdale
based real estate holding company. The
holding company and its affiliated entities, including brokerage
and property management firms throughout the Southwest, were involved in
nearly every aspect of shopping center
development and management. Ms. Eisenfeld was raised in Phoenix and,
after graduating from law school, worked in Washington, D.C. in legislative and
government affairs representing foreign nations and large corporations. |
