Biography:
Jim Belanger practices White Collar Criminal and
Administrative Defense, Professional Liability Defense including State Bar matters,
Death Penalty Defense, and Civil Litigation. His cases have
included allegations of securities fraud, mortgage fraud, antitrust
violations, RICO, health care fraud, first degree murder, mail and
wire fraud, forfeiture, bank fraud, and professional and licensee
misconduct. Mr. Belanger is an adjunct Professor of
Law at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law
where he teaches White Collar Criminal Process. Prior
to joining the firm, he was a Partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis
and Roca LLP, where he was the Chair of the Criminal Defense,
Government Investigations and Corporate Compliance Group.
