Biography:
John J. Smalanskas practices primarily in the area of construction
litigation. He represents developers, owners, general contractors,
subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers in state and
federal courts, before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and
Board of Technical Registration and in arbitration and mediation
proceedings. He handles a broad array of matters, including contract
disputes, delay, disruption and inefficiency claims, performance and
payment bond claims, mechanics’ liens and defective construction.
Mr. Smalanskas also has extensive experience drafting and
negotiating construction contracts. |
