Biography: Matthew Klopp practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation with a focus on construction litigation, including disputes between owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Mr. Klopp is also involved in appellate advocacy and has experience handling appeals and extraordinary writs.  He also represents clients in various zoning and land use matters from the initial application stage with the appropriate governmental authority to suits involving the wrongful denial of permits or zoning requests. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Klopp served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Sheldon Weisberg, Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
