Biography:
Shaleen Brewer
maintains a diversified practice in the areas of commercial
litigation and business transactions. A significant part of her work
focuses on business, probate and trust litigation. Ms. Brewer also
has extensive experience in a broad range of transactional matters,
including estate planning, drafting and negotiating prenuptial and
postnuptial agreements, forming business entities such as limited
liability companies, S-corporations, C-corporations, professional
corporations and partnerships, and drafting organizational
documents, including operating agreements, by-laws, shareholder
agreements and employment contracts. She also handles business
acquisitions and sales, including asset sales and stock transfers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brewer practiced in the Seattle,
Washington area where she managed her own firm primarily
representing clients in general litigation and business transaction
matters. Ms. Brewer was raised in Phoenix. |
