Biography:
Susan Larsen has been practicing in the area
of construction litigation since 1993 in both California and
Arizona, representing contractors and subcontractors in government
and commercial construction contract matters, ranging from contract
drafting and negotiation to a full spectrum of dispute resolution,
including extra work claims, delay and other impact claims,
mechanic’s liens, prompt payment issues, bond claims, bid protests
and insurance coverage issues. Ms. Larsen also concentrates in other
areas of commercial litigation, including construction suppliers,
real estate, suretyship, writs and appeals. She represents clients
before the Registrar of Contractors, Office of Administrative
Hearings, state and federal courts and in mediations and
arbitrations. Ms. Larsen has also served as an American Bar
Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition Judge. |
