Biography: Stewart Gross emphasizes his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, creditors’ and debtors’ rights, Homeowners Association (HOA) litigation and construction litigation. He represents both creditors and debtors in collections matters, as well as homeowners in a variety of actions against their HOAs. Mr. Gross also handles residential and commercial real estate litigation matters, personal injury actions and criminal defense cases. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with some of the largest insurance defense firms in New York City, focusing on general liability, medical malpractice and professional liability. He has extensive experience handling suits from inception through trial and has appeared before state and federal courts for oral argument of motions, pre-trial and preliminary conferences, compliance and settlement conferences and framed issue hearings.
