suitable procedures within the workplace. In addition, the firm
represents companies and individuals in employment related
disputes involving issues such as breach of employment
agreements, enforceability of agreements not to compete,
wrongful discharge and employment discrimination disputes.
Although CIM’s goal is to resolve employment disputes in a
prompt and cost-effective manner, when more formal advocacy is
needed, our firm is prepared to aggressively litigate these
matters before all levels of federal and state courts and
administrative agencies.
